Bihar Government Reviews 48 Projects; WRD Officers Directed to Inspect Five Sites Monthly
In a major review meeting, Bihar Chief Secretary Pratyaya Amrit on Thursday assessed the progress of 48 government projects across multiple departments, with a special focus on the Water Resources Department (WRD).
Monthly Field Inspections Mandated
Chief Secretary Pratyaya Amrit instructed WRD engineers to conduct field inspections of at least five ongoing projects every month. In addition, all officers were directed to personally review the status of all projects listed on the State Project Monitoring Group (SPMG) portal.
