JDU Raises Alarm Over RJD Leader Tejashwi Yadav’s Alleged Foreign Trip With History-Sheeted Individuals
Patna: The Janata Dal (United) has raised serious concerns regarding the alleged foreign travel of Leader of the Opposition Tejashwi Yadav, claiming he may have been accompanied by individuals with criminal backgrounds. In a strongly-worded letter to Bihar Director General of Police (DGP), JDU spokesperson Neeraj Kumar highlighted the matter, citing media reports and demanding strict scrutiny.
The letter specifically mentions Rameez Nemat Khan, a history-sheeter from Uttar Pradesh’s Shravasti district (formerly Balrampur). According to Neeraj Kumar, Rameez comes from a politically connected family—his father-in-law, Rizwan Zaheer Khan, was twice an MP and once an MLA with the Samajwadi Party and is currently serving a prison sentence in a serious murder case.
