The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast light snowfall in high-altitude regions of the state on November 4 and 5, while plains may experience mild fog during the early morning hours. According to the Meteorological Centre, Dehradun, most parts of the state will continue to see dry weather conditions today.
