MP Launches PM-Shri Heli Tourism Service, Making Pilgrimage Travel Faster and Easier

Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh: In a significant boost to air connectivity and pilgrimage tourism, the PM-Shri Heli Tourism Service has been launched in Madhya Pradesh under the initiative of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. The service aims to provide quick, safe, and convenient travel between major pilgrimage sites, reducing travel time drastically. Inaugural Journey and Pilgrims’ Experience The service began operations on 20th November, connecting Indore-Ujjain-Omkareshwar. Pilgrims from Indore took a helicopter ride to Ujjain, where they were welcomed with drums and floral garlands before visiting the Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga.
