New Delhi: The library built exclusively for girls at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Park in Karala village, Delhi, has remained closed for several months. Once a quiet and safe study space for local students, it is now deserted — allegedly due to the presence of antisocial elements occupying the upper floors of the building. Concerned residents are now demanding the deployment of a security guard and police assistance to restore safety and reopen the facility.
