How the Scam UnfoldedAccording to the victim, Lakshmikant Parashar, a familiar property dealer, Naveen Sharma, claimed to have strong connections with college administrations and introduced him to a syndicate that promised guaranteed medical admission. The accused—Santosh Singh, Atul Singh, and Shivkumar Singh—allegedly assured Lakshmikant that they could secure admission in any top medical college through the management quota.
