Yamuna Authority to Launch New Auction Scheme for Small Industrial Plots Up to 8,000 Sq. Meters in Greater Noida

Greater Noida:The Yamuna Authority is set to introduce a new industrial plot scheme in December, targeting small plots of up to 8,000 square meters. The Authority has resolved pending legal disputes and completed development of vacant plots, making them ready for allocation. In the previous scheme, 37 plots were offered, which attracted 527 applications. Due to strong investor interest, the Authority is now preparing a new scheme specifically for smaller plots.
