New Delhi, December 26, 2025: The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has opened applications for the 11th FSSAI Food Analyst Examination 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for food enthusiasts aiming to build a career in food testing and safety. Candidates can apply online until January 22, 2026.

The FSSAI Food Analyst certification enables candidates to work as certified food analysts in state food departments, food testing laboratories, private and government labs. The certification is awarded upon successfully clearing both the written and practical examinations.

Additionally, a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a research institute, laboratory, or similar organization is required.

Candidates already pre-qualified for the Junior Analyst position with at least three years of experience can directly appear for the practical examination.

  2. New candidates must register by providing their name, username, email ID, and mobile number.
  3. Log in and fill in the required details carefully.
  4. Upload a scanned photograph and signature in the specified format.
  5. Pay the application fees and save a printed copy of the submitted form for future reference.

  • Computer-Based Test (CBT): ₹2,500
  • Practical Examination: ₹5,000
