Bulandshahr–Amroha Roadways Bus Service Launched, Offering Major Relief to Commuters

In a significant step to improve regional connectivity and passenger convenience, the Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) has launched a new daily roadways bus service between Bulandshahr and Amroha. The initiative is expected to provide substantial relief to daily commuters, students, and traders traveling along this route.

The newly introduced service operates from the Bulandshahr depot and runs daily on an up-and-down basis, passing through Syana, Bugrasi, Hasanpur, and several intermediate towns before reaching Amroha. The decision follows growing passenger demand and a recent route survey conducted by the transport corporation.

According to officials, a bus from the Amroha depot had already been operating on this route for the past two months. Encouraged by the positive response and increasing ridership, the Bulandshahr depot has now added its own regular service.

Providing details, ARM Parmanand stated that the service became operational from Wednesday. The bus departs Bulandshahr and travels via Syana, Bugrasi, Bhagwanpur Gangaghat, entering Hasanpur, before proceeding through Ganganagar Bridge, Ganganagar T-Point, Jaytauli, Shakargadhi, Hakampur, Rustampur, Mangraula, Hathiyakhera, Teesra Mill, Shahpur Kala, and Rehra Adda, finally reaching Amroha. The return journey follows the same route.

The launch of this daily service is expected to ease travel, reduce dependence on private transport, and ensure safer, affordable commuting for residents of the region. Passengers have welcomed the move, calling it a timely and much-needed addition to public transport facilities in western Uttar Pradesh.
