According to police sources, the girl openly confessed that she was deeply in love with Sakam. Despite his death, she declared that her love had not ended and that she would now stay at his home as a mark of her commitment.
Several pictures of the two have surfaced showing them extremely close to each other, confirming that the relationship was not new but had been going on for some time.
Both Victim and Accused Linked to Gangster Backgrounds
DSP Prashant Shinde described the case as “highly sensitive” and confirmed that the investigation is being carried out with utmost caution, examining every detail.
Police records reveal that Sakam had multiple criminal cases registered against him. Shockingly, the accused in his murder is none other than the girl’s own brother—who also has a documented criminal background and is known to be a gangster.
This violent confrontation, believed to be driven by notions of family honour, has now spiralled into a major law-and-order challenge. Police teams are actively searching for all individuals involved in the killing.
