In line with the state government’s vision to provide employment opportunities to the youth, a series of job fairs are being organized across the district. Under the “Yuva Sangam” initiative, a special one-day Employment, Self-Employment, and Apprenticeship Fair will be held on Monday, November 3, 2025, from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the District Employment Office, Indore (District Industries Centre Campus).
The event is being organized jointly by the District Employment Office, Industrial Training Institute (ITI), and District Industries Centre, Indore. The fair aims to provide a single platform for youth to explore employment, entrepreneurship, and apprenticeship opportunities.
In addition to direct recruitment, participants will also receive guidance on loan facilities and procedures for starting their own businesses. More than 500 vacancies will be filled through reputed companies such as Medplus India, Blinkit, Just Dial, Coderwing, Vaayu Home Appliances, and Shefali Business Solutions, among others.
The available positions include computer support staff, pharmacists, sales executives, BPO staff, helpers, packaging technicians (fitters/electricians/turners/machinists/welders), and digital marketing professionals. Selected candidates will be offered competitive salaries, and company representatives will conduct on-the-spot interviews for preliminary selection.
Eligible candidates between the ages of 18 and 40 years, holding qualifications from Class 5 to postgraduate levels, including ITI-trained applicants, can participate based on their skills and experience.
Applicants attending the fair are advised to carry copies of their educational certificates, bio-data, Aadhaar card, and other relevant documents. The “Yuva Sangam” employment fair presents a golden opportunity for youth to build their careers and step toward self-reliance.
